You may qualify for Extra Help with Prescription drugs.
Many Medicare members live on fixed incomes and don't realize they may qualify for assistance to help pay for their Part D premiums and prescription costs.
You may be able to get extra help to pay for the monthly premiums, annual deductibles, and co-payments related to the Medicare Prescription Drug program. However, you must be enrolled in a Medicare Prescription Drug Plan to get this extra help.
- Individuals may qualify if their Monthly Income is Less than $1,595 and their Total Assets are less than $14,610.
- Married Couples may qualify if their Monthly Income is Less than $2,155 and their Total Assets are less than $29,160.
